About This Project

Built an integrated L&D program from scratch for an AI-powered career intelligence platform. Designed training for both internal workforce (career coaches, support staff, developers) and external customers (job seekers). Implemented ADDIE-Agile hybrid methodology with V-Model alignment ensuring learning objectives trace to business outcomes.

The Challenge

VendableAI needed to rapidly scale their career coaching workforce while ensuring consistent quality across all customer interactions. The existing ad-hoc training approach resulted in variable coach performance and extended ramp-up times exceeding 60 days.

The Approach

Implemented a systematic ADDIE-Agile hybrid methodology that combined rigorous instructional design with startup-speed iteration. Used V-Model alignment to ensure every learning objective traced directly to measurable business outcomes. Built role-based training matrices for coaches, support staff, and developers with clear competency progression paths.
